Windows 10: Windows 11 Home version 21H2 won't give option for me to continue installing Chrome from...

I have read many post on this topic; 1. remove S mode, which I don't see that its activated based on information posted.2. Command line using version number to shut off notification -didn't work3. Though it was coming from Edge so I renamed executable - didn't work4. I'm using Foxfire, my default browser, and downloaded Chrome install package fine but won't install.Click on install file and immediately window pops up encouraging me to use Edge instead but no button to continue with install Chrome...obviously you know why? However, you shouldn't force users with MS software.Since that violate A

Windows 11 compatible but not even offered 21H2??

I have an HP desktop PC and a DELL laptop and both are suitable for Windows 11 although it has not been offered as yet. Both machines have received the latest Windows updates and are on Windows 10 version 21H1 build 1288.

1. I am not interested in upgrading to Windows 11 but, if the machines are suitable for Windows 11, why aren’t my machines being offered the upgrade to version 21H2?
2. Are there issues with 21H2 that caused Microsoft to put an upgrade block on it?
3. I am happy with version 21H1 and I assume I will not be offered the upgrade to Windows 11 until version 21H2 is installed. Am I right in this assumption?

How to Stop or Block Windows 11 update - Your Windows Guide

To Block Windows 11 update, see the steps below, which is explained later on step by step. This would also work even if you have clicked Download and install.

• Right-click Start and select Windows Powershell(admin).
  
• Press Yes when Prompted.
  
• Type cmd.exe to open Command Prompt inside Powershell.
  

Paste the following command to enable Targeted Updates to a specific release:

• reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /v TargetReleaseversion /t REG_DWORD /d 1
  

If you are on Windows 10 version 21H2, use the command below:

• reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /v TargetReleaseversionInfo /t REG_SZ /d 21H2
  

If you are on Windows 10 version 21H1, use the command below:

• reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /v TargetReleaseversionInfo /t REG_SZ /d 21H1
  

You should see the “The command completed successfully” message when you enter the commands.
