Windows 10: Windows 11 Home wont connect to Hisense Smart TV

I had seen this question posted but it was old and wouldn't let me reply. I had the same issue and tried all kinds of things. In the end I had to install the optional casting software for Windows 11, add the casting button option under the menu you get when you hit the Windiws +A buttons, then I had to select the share screen app on the TV before Windows found my TV when I hit the cast button. Chromcast worked fine so I knew it wasn't all the other issues most posts wanted me to check. I was trying to play a game and display it on the TV, not watch a show, so Chromcast wasn't an option to sol

Hi Patricia, i have thhe same problem. I have a Hisense TV that connected before with win 10 but now it doesn't with Win 11... I tried a lot of things but Win11 see the device but didn't connect.. Hoping someone will solve it

Hi All, I have Windows 11 home and it wont cast to my Hisense Smart TV. It worked once when I first tried then straight after that it stopped working and now the tv doesnt even appear from the cast option and if it does it says it only cast for certain options

when you go to settings and display. it doesnt detect the TV if you then you try to connect to a wireless display it doesnt work, also go to settings select projection settings and still nothing.

Does anyone know how to make this work again?

 

Connecting PC To Hisense Smart TV

Have a laptop with Windows upto date yet can't connect to Hisense smart TV

When i try it just connect for some seconds and later display could not obtain network address

My android can cast to the same TV so i guess the laptop is the one with the issue, so how can i make the address obtainable?
