Windows 10: Windows 11 hotspot very slow suddenly

Hello all, My Windows 11 hotspot seems to be very slow all of a sudden. I have been using my laptop's wifi 6 card for hotspot to play VR wirelessly and it always gives a speed of 1200mb but since yesterday it's only giving 286mb, and it's not the problem with VR as it works fine with other wifi moreover I also connected my phone to hotspot which was also very slow which indicates it's the problem with Windows 11.. I have researched online and it seems to br a comman problem. Does anyone have a solution for this,?

I think you have already answered both of the other points I would have checked so I have nothing else useful to suggest -
- Your computer can detect other 2.4GHz networks/hotspots
- Other computers can detect your phone's 2.4GHz hotspot

I have deliberately altered some Windows settings to hide unwanted local networks [not just stop any connection to them but hide them from appearing in the list of available networks]. But you have not been taking similar measures or you would have said so.

As a final check, see if your phone's mobile hotspot appears in the list of detected networks using
NirSoft WiFiInfoView
