Windows 10: Windows 11 How can I get multiple duplications of an extended monitor?

I have Windows 11 on an all in one system. I have extended my display to another monitor. Now, I need to duplicate whatever is on extended monitor to 2 projectors and another monitor. Is that possible within Windows 11?

Multiple Monitors Duplicate

Windows 10 Pro 20H2 build 19042.844 On Dell Laptop with Dell Docking Station.
Two Monitors using HDMI input, one from laptop and 2nd one from Docking Station.
When I select DUPLICATE on 2 and 3 it only Duplicates on 2 and on 3 it Extends.

 

How to Extend Taskbar, not Duplicate?

I would like to know if there is an option in Windows 10 that allows me to extend the taskbar (not duplicate it) on multiple displays, in order to have the Windows button on the far left of my first monitor, the clock on the far right of my last monitor,
and one looooong taskbar with the open windows that spans across my multi-monitor setting.

PS: Please note that I do NOT want to duplicate the taskbar, but to extend it in order to pass the limits of the monitor.

When I switch from duplicate to extend with multiple displays, how can I control which screen automatically shows what was previously on the duplicated screen?
