    Windows 11. How do I get it to stop making these changes that I didn't request?


    First demanded I put in a password to get to desktop. Next day demanded that I put in a password for Windows Hello before I could get to desktop. Today it has a message that it will reorder my apps according to their use .I want to put a serious halt to Windows 11 deciding to rearrange my apps and stop demanding I do things one way and stop rearranging apps.I'm now terrified to use this Windows 11.

    Notification didn´t appear

    Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

    PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

    Volume Mute Light won´t change color

    Before I follow your suggestions, a quick update: as the updating didn´t seem to work I stopped trying and just left it alone for awhile. About a half hour later I looked over and saw that the mute light was now blue. I tried the button but it and the volume buttons did not work at all. On the screen I was told that I needed to reboot, which I did and now the system has returned back to the way it was before: everything works except that the mute light does not change to blue as it should when the speakers are not muted. WTF?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help but... it didn`t work, I get the same error...

    I would like to try some more solutions before reinstalling the Windows, so if you can assist me a little bite more... Windows 11. How do I get it to stop making these changes that I didn't request? :)... it would be highly appreciated.
