Windows 10: Windows 11 - How to change text encoding?

Hello,Text smoothing doesn't work for me repeatedly. I've turned ClearType on a few times in recent weeks, although I never turn it off and the setup wizard says it's on. I found a possibility that changing the character encoding might help. I wanted to try it but I don't know how. I also couldn't find what the current character encoding is. Please help Thank you

.txt file, Office file has a wide range of text formatting that's why word file with Czech text can be kept on it's original form. However for
.txt files it's necessary to save them on a UTF or
RTF format in order to encode and view the text properly.

How to distinguish if an Exchange ActiveSync POST URI query is plain-text or base64 encoded

In the specification MS ASHTTP it is said that a query in URI can be a plain text or base64 encoded.
I don't actually understand how to distinguish whether the query is base64 encoded or a plain text. It seems that I have to check if there is the MS-ASProtocolVersion HTTP header or not.

• When I see MS-ASProtocolVersion then the query is plaint text.
• When I don't see MS-ASProtocolVersion then the query must be base64 encoded.

However I am not sure about it. I am looking forward for any advice.

 

Storing Bitlocker key files in KeePass - text file encoding

Have tested the text files (.bek keys) that were attached to KeePass enoded with Unicode-8 (the default that KeePass offers when attaching a text file). These files transferred to a USB worked to decrypt the BitLocker encrypted drive.

I did not test any of the other text file encoders in the KeePass list.
