Windows 10: Windows 11 HP Stream f11 factory restore bug/ hack?

When in system recovery from startup, pressing f11 The system appears to think it is windows 10.. even though it's supposed to be windows 11.Is this a hack, or a bug?

I bought the HP Stream 11 via eBay for $60 and it'll only able to install Linux OS's and Not Windows 10! The keyboard/Touch-pad don't work but in Linux it does? (Odd...) any thoughts

Step 2: Let us try to download and install the latest chipset driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.



A chipset driver is a type of driver that refers to what is needed for a computer operating system to work with and recognize the devices connected to the computer.
