Windows 10: Windows 11 Hyperlink Issue

On Windows 10 the hyperlinks are bold and a color. Same thing on 11. However, on at least one web site I visit, the links are not bold and not a color, just underlined. But they are not clickable. Doesn't work. If I right click, I'm not getting the window that offers to "open in new tab." Instead I get the "Save page as" window with the arrows, refresh and bookmark icons. Since the links aren't working, the links turn up in bold, colored text, in a list, on the top left side of the page. And they work. In 10, that separate list isn't there, because the links within the web page are

• Do you have Internet Explorer set as a default program?
• Do you face the issue only with the hyperlinks from an email?
• On which email application do you face this issue?

We would suggest you to copy the hyperlink or use an hyperlink from a wordpad and check if you face the same issue.
