Windows 10: Windows 11 I am Unable to resize my windows and they look glitchy and low pixel

Hello,I recently purchased a new Computer and having some issues with my multiple monitor display. I have 2 Samsung odyssey Monitors and I have had them for a couple years. With the purchase of my new PC for some reason my window program boxes will open windows/programs in larger than needed boxes and I am unable to change the size of the viewing window by clicking the mouse in the corner and using the arrows. I thought this was a software issue or resolution issues as another thread suggested but it does not seem to be, and it is all programs. from Word, excel, project, and Teams. it will eit

Weird glitchy pixels on screen

Hello, Bernard! Thanks a lot for your help.

I actually checked whether my gpu driver is updated or not and it is the latest update right now. Also the glitchy pixel issue has been gone since I restarted the PC earlier and until now it never occured again. Just for that one moment there were a bunch of weird glitchy pixels seen on both my main and second monitor. I tried looking it up on google and found out that it could be artifacting, a visual defect that can occur in a gpu due to a multitude of reasons such as overheating, hardware faults or outdated drivers. But my gpu is pretty new and I still don't understand why this issue would occur in my gpu.

Any other ideas?

Suggest you to boot the PC in a clean boot state to check if that helps. A clean boot step will help us determine if any 3rd party service or application is causing this issue.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
