Windows 10: windows 11: i cant change the time format to 12hr format

Discus and support windows 11: i cant change the time format to 12hr format in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; As you can see provided, there's no option for me to switch to 9.40PM format. i tried many ways to fix it but they never worked.     windows 11: i cant change the time format to 12hr format


    As you can see provided, there's no option for me to switch to 9.40PM format. i tried many ways to fix it but they never worked. It wasn't like this last time though, this just suddenly happened on a fine Sunday afternoon. But I think I remember changing the settings to allow the time to show the seconds counting. Perhaps that was why it became the 24hr format. It would be such a hassle having me to reset the whole laptop or anything. Please dont tell me I'd have to do that i dont mean dont tell me literally, but I'd wish to avoid this every much. It's just so unappealing to the eye without
