Windows 10: Windows 11. I can't open specific folders. Hasn't been fixed for year and a half...

I can't open specific folders such as Recycle bin, My Drive. When ever i double tap and try to open it, it opens at Home folder and i have to manually right click and press on Open in new window to actually open it. Please how to fix this? This is my third entry and i have tried everything except formating my system. Here is the video of my problem

Can´t open files from a certain folder

Hello internet, I have gotten a problem lately:

I copied all camera photos/videos from my phone(a Samsung Galaxy A70) as it were going for reparation.

Now i can´t open any of those photos or videos from the computer(Running Windows 10).

The app says that it doesn´t support the format of the file.(JPEG, MP4 and PNG in this case)

I have tried open it with various apps including the old Photo Gallery, Paint, the new Photo Gallery for windows 10(called "Photos" right?), even Microsoft Word... There are no specific error code, the app is only saying that it doesn´t support the format...

I also have tried to move the files to other folders and open them, which doesn´t work either.

I still can open other files with those formats in other folders.

What should I do??

I am unable to install Win 10 due to compatibility problem. The message received is appended below.

Can anyone give a solution or work around for installing windows 10 on my PC

Can´t upgrade windows 8.1 to windows 10 in Surface Pro 3

Thanks for the suggestions. Yes, I had checked and Surface Pro 3 supports Win 10, and I created enough space. I also ran all availabe and pending update before trying to upgrade, but it hasn´t worked.
