Windows 10: windows 11 icon dissapears

The taskbar icons have been disappearing ever since I made the switch from Windows 10 to Windows 11 a few months ago. It occurs both when I'm using the laptop and when it awakens from hibernation.

Telephone icon dissapeared on Lumia

The telephone icon has dissapeared oon my Lumia 800 phone. Also I do not have any phone list and can only make calls to numbers saved as contact.

Since you've already scanned for malware and viruses, I have to ask if you've installed any new software or Windows Updates prior to the BSOD accident?
What I can suggest you to do is run the sfc /scannow command from the Command prompt.
This command scans the integrity of all Windows system files and replaces corrupted or damaged versions of the files with their correct ones. Here's a tutorial that can show you how to do the scan: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

You can give it a try, before doing a clean install as a last resort! *Smile
