Windows 10: Windows 11 Incompatibility with Adobe Products

Windows Incompatibility Issues with Adobe ProductsI updated to Windows 11 a couple of days ago and later went to use my Adobe applications and the response was: "You must update your system to install Photoshop. Please check the following: - Windows 1607 or later." Learn more or ok." When I click on "learn more" it brings me to the Adobe main page and shows "404 ERROR PAGE" Yesterday it showed the main page with all the apps available to me with "incompatible" on every one but Lightroom.I also spoke with a customer rep regarding this issue in chat and they recommended I leave the details of th

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

Adobe Reader not opening

I re-installed Adobe Reader DC. It worked for a few hours and then stopped working.

Windows diagnostics said the program is incompatible.

What should I try next?

I followed all the steps suggested including running the compatibility troubleshooter and the message I received was that Adobe Digital Editions 4 is an incompatible program. I don't know how to resolve this issue. It seems that my e-reader is not functional
with Windows 10.
