Windows 10: windows 11 incompatibility

i want to ask that why is windows 11 is incompatible to higher device specifications but compatible to older device specifications or only required specifications for example i tried to install windows 11 it said tpm must be 2.0 but i have tpm2.3 and processor must be 1ghz but i have 2.50ghz then why is it incompatible to my pc. can anyone explain me?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The A8-4500M isn't on the list.
