Windows 10: Windows 11 Infinite Boot Loop

Hey all!So about a month ago, my pc crashed while playing Civ 6 I guess in hindsight that was my first mistake. My PC totally froze and I was forced to hard shutdown. After the hard shutdown, I was caught in an infinite boot/automatic repair loop. This wasn’t the first time this has happened to me, and I was able to fix it previously on windows 10 with a full reset via the media creation tool.Since then, I’ve tried quite a few things to try and revive the PC and windows 11, but all have been unsuccessful. I’ve gone through forcing shutdowns during startup to boot in safe mode unsuccessful a

Any suggestions ? What should i do? My 1st boot priority is already set to cd/dvd but still detects sata device 2 as the dvd

it looks like you are not booting from the dvd but this is from your video

And if there is out there are new bios driver won't hurt I noticed that his 2009 I wonder if there have a new one out there
