    Windows 11 insider build: 25169 stuck on animation boot screen after performing a reset


    Hi, I reset my windows 11 insider build because halo didn’t work and I chose to clean the drive an redownload windows now the reset is stuck on the boot animation screen and it’s been like 45 minutes? Please see picture Update 1: pressing, the reset power function on my pc does not fix, the problem

    Toshiba Encore 2 won't reset to public build or boot from USB

    Hello,

    This issue might be caused by system conflict. We suggest trying to stop the Windows Insider Builds by following the steps below:

    • Click the Start button.
    • Choose Settings then select Update & security.
    • Click on Windows Insider Program then choose Stop Insider builds.
