Windows 10: Windows 11 insider gsod BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO

Hello, I have windows 11 Insider program.I started my pc normally and go the GSOD with error code BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFOI can't restart the pc in safe mode or recover the system. I ran couple of commands and they did nothing. I am currently running chkdsk C: /f /r /x in stage 4 with ETA 5.39.51Is there any way to completely reset my pc or the system

The minidump fie just lists a Windows system driver as the cause of the GSOD, Build 25936 is a newly released update on the Canary channel, that is the build causing the GSOD, the best option is to not install that update, or if it is installed, remove it and report the crashes on the Feedback Hub (Windows Key + F) to the developers there, so they can investigate this

I appreciate the efforts take by you in resolving the issue. I understand that after an upgrade you are receive Blue Screen error on the computer with Bad_System_Config_Info. I’ll help you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• May I know the update that was installed on the computer recently?
  
• What is the complete model number of the computer that you are using?
  

The “Bad_System_Config_Info” error means that something is wrong with the registry on your PC and you'll need to return to a previous configuration. I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

Error 0x74: Bad_system_config_info and see if that helps.



Note: The last step in the above article talks about performing a reset on the computer. Resetting the computer will delete all the files and applications from the computer. Do not perform reset on your computer.

Your minidump file does just indicate the Intel graphics device driver as the cause of the system crashes, there is no reference to any other problem on your system.

If removing that driver completely with a utility like DDU and then installing a couple of different versions of that driver did not solve the crashes, then it may be a problem with that Windows 11 Insider Build you have installed that is causing the crashes.

Insider Builds do tend to be unstable and GSOD's can be expected with those builds, it may be best to stop using the Insider Builds and just install the regular release version of Windows 11, being signed up to the Insider Program is okay on a second PC, but if you need your system to be stable, then it is not a good idea.
