Windows 10: Windows 11 Insider Preview Crashed During Update

Hi, I have a Lenovo M70 Laptop running Windows Insider Preview. During this week's System Update the laptop froze with a blank black screen, I could move the mouse but nothing else happened. I had to power down the Laptop. Now when I turn it on again I get the Windows Logo and the spinning circle, after a while I get the BSOD with a stop error of Registry. The screen says it is going to restart but it doesn't. I cannot get the laptop to go into Safe Mode or WinRe, I have tried holding down F8, Shift F8, and even F9 which I read about. I have tried powering On and then Off once Windows starts l

This may have same issue which is listed build 22504 release announcement as "know issue".

• Some devices may bugcheck with error code 0xc1900101-0x4001c when installing this build. If you hit this, after the device rolls back to the previous build, you may want to pause updates until we release a fix.

Receiving preview Windows updates even I'm not opt-in for the Insider Program

When will the update from the insider preview to windows 11 stable be available.

I'm running windows 11 enterprise insider preview release preview channel version 22483 I have it setup to update automatically, so, that i will not lose all my apps to the latest version of windows 11 stable version in the insider preview. However no update yet has come down to my computer why? Also, no update has come down since the windows 11 insider preview release preview channel since version 22483 for windows 11 enterprise. I have access to the windows 11 vs studio iso however, it will not update with the apps I would to delete everything to install the latest version of windows 11 from the iso. Is there an update coming to go to the windows 11 stable version? Thanks.
