Windows 10: Windows 11 Insider Preview stuck on 100%

I've finished all of the updates but the "Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22622.601 ni_release is stuck on 100% for 2 hours now, can anyone help?

Windows 11 update 22H2 stuck on downloading 99%/100%

Hey there, Today morning I received update notification about Windows 11 22H2 update as Insider Preview,

I clicked on download and install, it started downloading update, it got stuck on 99%,
Still 1 hour after it was showing 99% and consuming data (I guess still downloading).
I tried clicking 'pause for 1 week' and again clicking on 'resume' it got stuck 100%.
then I tried to Clean the downloaded update by using Disk Cleanup utility,
also followed this article Here to remove the downloaded update: [SOLUTION] Windows 11 Update Downloading Stuck at 100% (minitool.com)
Again after starting update from 0, It is now 2nd time still stuck on 99% (I confirmed no network connection Disruptions this time)
can you guys suggest any solutions for this?

Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22504.1010 - UPDATE FAILED

This may have same issue which is listed build 22504 release announcement as "know issue".

• Some devices may bugcheck with error code 0xc1900101-0x4001c when installing this build. If you hit this, after the device rolls back to the previous build, you may want to pause updates until we release a fix.
