Windows 10: Windows 11 Instalation Failed Generic Code Error: 0x80004005 - 0x50016

Dear Team, Please kindly assist. I have obviously tried all tutorials availabe. Tried Instalation assistant, built-in Update option and running instalation from mounted iso. No, I do not want to go through the clean installation, I need to keep my apps and settings. My system was traveling with me through time from XP through upgrades until stuck now on dammit upgrade to 11. I have done reinstalation of win 10 thinking that my help, loosing all of the settings and aps and started from scratch. I do not want to repeat that again. Instalation log says: Error: SetupDiag reports abrupt down-level

installation of Windows 20H2 has failed 0x80004005

The installation of Windows 20H2 has failed (current version 1909). After downloading from Windows Update site and ran it, it produced an error code 0x80004005 and suggested to try again. But that also failed.
The SetupDiagResults.log file shows the following error message
Error: SetupDiag reports abrupt down-level failure.

Error: 0x80004005 - 0x60016

What does it mean and how can I succeed in installing the 20H2 version?
