Windows 10: Windows 11 install does not recognize Realtek Wi-Fi 6 wireless card when upgrading SSD

Hello!I received a new Laptop today but since it only came with 250GB preinstalled SSD I purchased a 1TB and replaced it myself.First, I Powered on the computer 'out of the box' to activate Windows than came here to Microsoft's website to download the media creation tool to create a USB Windows 11 installation USB. The bootable media Windows 11 from the USB seemed to work as the laptop started to reinstall Windows 11 again BUT I hit a wall when it needed to connect to a WiFi network. It doesn't identify ANY networks!I put the original SSD back and it connects super quick so this appears to be

Trouble Changing Wi-Fi Password

I've been following the following steps to change my Wi-Fi password for some time:

Launch Control Panel.

Click "Network and Internet."

Click "Network and Sharing Center."

Click "Wi-Fi...."

Click "Wireless Properties."

Click the Security tab.

Check "Show characters."

Enter the password in "Network security key."

Those steps have been working just fine, but today I discovered a new wrinkle. If I change the password inside the router first, "Wi-Fi..." doesn't appear in step 4. This isn't much of a problem at home, because I can just change the password in Control Panel before I change it inside the router, but it would be a problem at a public hotspot, or something of that nature. I also tested Brink's instructions in "How to Connect To a Wireless Network in Windows 10," but they don't work for me either. How can I fix this?
