Windows 10: Windows 11 install error 0X800701B1 even when MS says it's ready

I have a Vostro 15 5510 laptop running Windows 10 Pro. MS indicates that it's ready to install Windows 11, but every time I select the option to do so, it downloads, installs, shows the Win 11 installing status, seems to complete, but then during the reboot it says reverting back changes or words to that effect. I have no external USB drives or devices, just the SSD HD that came with the laptop from Dell.What gives, MS????

Error Code 0X800701B1

I tried to boot my old computer into windows 10 there isnt any OS currently in the computer and I cant use it . But while installing the OS in the second phase of " getting files ready " it shows the error 0X800701B1
if possible please help me out as soon as possible

 

Windows 11 says compatible, but in instalation says it isnt?

The very first step, before running the buggy PC Health Check app, is to see if your CPU is on the approved list for Windows 11. Is it?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
