Windows 10: Windows 11 Install Error 0xc1900101-0x3000D: BSOD At 63%

Hello, Just over a month ago I asked on here about an issue when upgrading to Windows 11 through the Installation Media. Well, my PC has reached the point the update is offered to me via the Settings app. I thought, let's see if this works now and not to my surprise, it didn't succeed. It failed at the exact same percentage it failed on last time with the same error code 0xc1900101-0x3000D and the same BSOD Stop Code INVALID_DATA_ACCESS_TRAP.Log Zip that came after running SetupDiag.exe: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FDrjFxA3apfW4xTMp-YSLusFIoJbAX1B/view?usp=sharingThanks!

Windows 10 install error 0xc1900101 - 0x3000D????????

I have tried installing Windows 10 four times on my Sony Vaio laptop that came pre-installed with Windows 8. It's failed every time with the 0xC1900101 - 0x3000D error. I've upgraded my display drivers
and Windows Updates are all current.

What should I do?

I tried installing the Anniversary update using the Media Creation tool and I get this error when I log back in after the setup reverted my installation:

0xC1900101-0x3000D
The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
