Windows 10: Windows 11 install restart loop and windows 11 logo loop

Im currently stuck at this for 1hr now and i dont know what to do i redo the installation and im connected to the wifi but its not letting me install windows 11.

Window 11 is restarting loop.

My window 11 is on restarting loop whenever I start it a blue screen pops up and then it gets restart again and it has been going like that for an hour I didn't even reach the password screen.

 

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

My computer refuses to boot. It is a constant loop. I have no idea what happened, the blue screen came on and has been looping for an hour. I have Turned it off and unplugged my laptop and let it set for a whole day and turned it back on and it just started the loop again. I have tried to get into the reboot screen with F8 but nothing seems to happen on windows 11 this that command. I can access my F2 setup menu but that is it. I have a MI Notebook
