Windows 10: Windows 11 Installation Assistant keeps failing with error code 0xc0000022, what does this...

I completed steps 1 and 2 but step 3 with 0% and error 0xc0000022 displayed.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

Okay so after downloading the latest cumilative update, not the creators update I got this error
