Windows 10: Windows 11 Installation Error Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021 The installation failed in the...

I tried installing Windows 11 using many different methods, but it fails at the end with the error: "Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021 The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation". Cant seem to find any documentation regarding this error. Also i tried Check for updates Menu in Setting. It displays "Great news—your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Specific timing for when it will be offered can vary as we get it ready for you." Windows Installation Assistant - It does the entire process of downloading and install

I tried upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11 using "Check for updates Menu in Settings" and "Windows Installation Assistant" but both fail at the end with the error:

Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation

I read a thread about this error and said to generate a new thread because each PC got different solution.

Please Help...

The pc is fully compatible in the pc Health Check WIndows 11 requirements.

Hello.

I tried installing Windows 11 23H2 from 22H2 using ISO but it fails and rolls back at the end with the error:

Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation

Can't seem to find any documentation regarding this error.

Looking at a previous post with same error (Redirecting), i've saved the following files:

• C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\Setupact.log
  
• C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback\Setupact.log
  
• C:/$Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log
  
• C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback\Setupmem.dmp
  

and used "setupdiag /ZipLogs:True" to create the Logs.zip file, but don't know what to search for.

Any help on this?

2)Windows Installation Assistant - It does the entire process of downloading and installing Windows 11 and ultimately reboots into WIndows 10 .

Also the pc is fully compatible in the pc Health Check WIndows 11 requirements.
