Windows 10: Windows 11 Installation Error Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

Hello.I tried installing Windows 11 23H2 from 22H2 using ISO but it fails and rolls back at the end with the error:Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operationCan't seem to find any documentation regarding this error.Looking at a previous post with same error https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-installation-error-error-code/548eef62-4104-45ad-8962-4345063424a1, i've saved the following files:C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\Setupact.logC:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback\Setupa

Windows 11 Installation Error Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

I tried upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11 using "Check for updates Menu in Settings" and "Windows Installation Assistant" but both fail at the end with the error:

Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation

I read a thread about this error and said to generate a new thread because each PC got different solution.

Please Help...

The pc is fully compatible in the pc Health Check WIndows 11 requirements.

Cant seem to find any documentation regarding this error.

Also i tried installing using the other methods

1)Check for updates Menu in Settings- It displays

"Great news—your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Specific timing for when it will be offered can vary as we get it ready for you."

2)Windows Installation Assistant - It does the entire process of downloading and installing Windows 11 and ultimately reboots into WIndows 10 .

Also the pc is fully compatible in the pc Health Check WIndows 11 requirements.

 

Error 0xC1900101 - 0x40021

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11 but I've got a blue screen with this error :
INVALID_DATA_ACCESS_TRAP

After that, when I came in Windows 10, the configuration of Windows 11 tell this error :

0xC1900101 - 0x40021 : The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error in the BOOT operator.

(This error occurs when I'm use the ISO file)
(I've already tried Windows 11 Installation Assistant)
