Windows 10: Windows 11 Installation Error Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

I tried installing Windows 11 using ISO but it fails at the end with the error:Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operationCant seem to find any documentation regarding this error.Also i tried installing using the other methods1Check for updates Menu in Settings- It displays "Great news—your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Specific timing for when it will be offered can vary as we get it ready for you."2Windows Installation Assistant - It does the entire process of downloading

• 0xC1900101 - 0x40021 the installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation.
• I dont know how to solve this, and I wasn't able to find a solution. Im upgrading from windows 7

Thanks for all that info. *Thumbs Using it, I tried to find a solution to the 0xC1900101 - 0x40021 error but was unsuccessful. I'm going to take your advice and wait for Microsoft to get its act together before attempting another 2004 upgrade.

Attempted upgrade from Windows 10 Home version 1909 to 2004. Despite hours of searching, could not find any Microsoft documentation/solution for this error. Computer is Dell XPS8700 PC. Did Device Manager to check for problem device drivers, none shown. Ran Dell SupportAssist to check for new drivers, none found. Any help would be appreciated.
