Windows 10: Windows 11 installation failed "Windows cannot install required files. Error code: 0x8007025D"

Hello,I built my own computer, and I am now trying to install Windows 11 from a usb bootable Windows Installer.However, it keeps failing with an error 0x8007025D during the "Getting files ready for installation" phase always at 18%.Here are my components:Motherboard Asus TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4RAM G.Skill Ripjaws V 2x16 GBSSD Samsung 980 Pro 2TBCPU Intel Core i7-12700FAt first I had the 0xC0000005 error code, but after trying a few things it changed.Here is what I tried so far:For the USB installer : it's a new USB Key, totally clean. Fresh install of Windows 10 fails with "restart the installation. Error code: 0x8007025D"

On an Asus laptop, on which the hard drive crashed I am trying to install Windows 10 onto a new Samsung 500Gb 860 EVO SSD drive.

I have tried installing from a DVD (that I successfully reinstalled Windows 10 onto the HDD back in February 2018) but it now fails with:

Windows cannot install required files. Make sure that all files required for installation are available and restart the installation. Error code: 0x8007025D


I have tried downloading the latest Windows 10 .ISO and burning it to DVD but that gets the same problem.

After the install fails I have looked at the setupact.log and the end shows the following:

I've spent the whole of today and yesterday trying to install windows 10 onto my SSD, it's not partitioned as i have read from various sites that the installation software will you all of that but everytime it get to the step after copying the files over i get the error 0x8007025D and nothing i've found online has worked.
