Windows 10: Windows 11 Installation/Upgrade Error: 0xC1900101-0x4000D

Hi,I am currently running Windows 11 22000.176. I am trying to upgrade to the latest build 22000.194 and I always stuck on the 2nd boot with 0xC1900101-0x4000D. All system drivers are up to date and not sure what else I can do. Just wondering is there a way i can upload the setupmem.dmp for Microsoft Support to have a look?
