Windows 10: Windows 11 installer keeps crashing on start up

My computer bluescreened 2 times running windows 10 at the time, first error message was "BSOD on MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" or something close, and the second one was "Stop Code System Service Exception". Then the computer didnt show any graphics, cursor on a blackscreen and only my second monitor workedstill only second monitor that works, main one says input not supported. One of my ram sticks stopped working so I just removed it, I tinkered around with trying to install both windows 10, failed because a file corrupted, tried on 2 different usb drives and it failed at the same point. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
