And has been for a while.https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11Anyone at microsoft not notice that sudenly there are zero downloads and thought maybe we should look into this?

    I understand you are unable to upgrade to Windows 10 with the error "THE INSTILATION FAILED IN THE SAFE OS PHASE WITH AN ERROR DURING APPLY IMAGE OPERATION"

    If you are repeatedly unable to upgrade to Windows 10, then
    I would suggest you to refer to the suggestions provided by “Andre Da Costa” in the following Microsoft Community link.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
