Windows 10: Windows 11 Intel to ARM migration issue

I'm a Mac user and use a virtualized Windows environment, via VMware Fusion, for all of my Windows needs. Many years ago I installed an application into my then Windows 7 VM and that program used a license file tied to the Windows and the User SID security ID. That Security ID is a big long number that looks like S-1-5-21-123456789-987654321-1234567890-1000. Since then I've upgraded that Windows 7 VM to Windows 10 and then to Windows 11 - each time the Windows and the User SID were automatically maintained and I could keep running that software without issue. Custom Keyboard Layout in Windows 11 ARM

I'm running W11 ARM on Parallels Desktop from a M1 Mac.

I'm trying to add a custom layout keyboard made with MKLC 1.4.

Microsoft says it is not supported but the software works and I'm able to create a .dll keyboard and add it to the keyboard list in "Installed Keyboard" menu in W11.

Nevertheless, that newly installed keyboard doesn't show up in my task bar. Only pre-built layouts appear.

On top of that, if a delete all pre-built layouts and keep only my custom layout, W11 use a default "american" layout without telling me.

It looks like there was a miscommunication on this thread and the person who asked the question gave up.

It is a valid question reporting a bug on Windows 11 ARM - I have the same issue

I am from Azerbaijan and want to get a license for Windows 11 home arm .

But when I open App Store I can not buy it because on list of country on payment there is not Azerbaijan country.

How I can buy a license.
