Windows 10: Windows 11 intensively does something while it should be idle

Discus and support Windows 11 intensively does something while it should be idle in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I'm using Windows 11. Every time after I return to my laptop to wake it up and continue to work, I hear loud fan noise, as if PC was working on...     Windows 11 intensively does something while it should be idle


    I'm using Windows 11. Every time after I return to my laptop to wake it up and continue to work, I hear loud fan noise, as if PC was working on something very hard. But it should have been idle, right? It makes me concerned about what is going on in reality. Did I catch some kind of malware, that uses my workstation for malicious purposes when I'm away, or something? I'm checking processes and there's nothing particularly intensive in there and yet almost all of my 16gb of RAM was hogged by something. Now I've upgraded my RAM to 32gb I thought maybe it happens because of lack of RAM and havin

    Bluetooth still on while idle

    Thanks for following the steps. Now, the settings won't take effect if you are only using normal PC idle mode. Normal functionality of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings are to stay connected even if PC is idle. With the settings that you have created, we would
    suggest that you set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or
    Hibernate     once idle. In this way, the settings "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" should take effect.

    To set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or Hibernate when idle, please follow these steps:

    • Open Control Panel, set view by: Small
      icons.
    • Look for Power Options.
    • Click on Change when the computer sleeps on the left pane.
    • Set a timer.

    The Samsung Intensity is an entry-level messaging phone but is not a Windows Mobile phone. Unfortunately we cannot help you out since these forums are for Windows Mobile devices.
