Windows 10: Windows 11 Internet Security Zones Customs button greyed out

Hello,I recently got a new computer with Windows 11 Pro installed on it. It seems the custom settings option for the Security Zones is not available. Do you know what could solve this problem?

I suggest you to add the link in the trusted websites in the Internet explorer and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps for the same.

• In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click
  Internet Explorer.
• Navigate to the website that you want to add to a specific security zone.
• Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
• Click the Security tab, and then click a security zone (Local intranet,Trusted sites, or
  Restricted sites).
• Click Sites.
• If you clicked Local intranet in step 4, click Advanced.
• The website should be shown in the Add this website to the zone field.Click
  Add.

If the site is not a secure site (HTTPS), clear the Require server verification (https for all sites in this zone check box.

• Click Close,and then click OK (or click
  OK twice if you clicked Local intranet in step 4).

Windows 10, Internet Explorer 11, Trusted Sites Greyed Out

I am using Windows 10, Internet Explorer 11, The button to add trusted sites is greyed out. Below that my custom button below is greyed out. This is my own personal laptop (I do not connected to any main office or main frame). How do I get this to work
again? I work in finance not computers so I need step by step help. I was able to add sites about a month ago so this is a new issue. I have seen something about GPO but This does not make since because I am not connected to a server and I am the only one
using my laptop.
