Windows 10: Windows 11 Intune MDM update not offered errors

We are a corporate customer who are at present managing our transition from Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11 24H2. On one of our devices we have the following error: InstallAccessDenied Severity Error Owner Customer Action Description Installer doesn't have permission to access or replace a file. The installer might have tried to replace a file that an antivirus, antimalware, or a backup program is currently scanning. Recommended action The Windows Update services could not access the necessary system locations, please retry the installation. This can often occur with 3rd party security prod

Intune Hybrid Join, MDM „None"by AD Devices but by AAD Devies „Intune"

Dear Microsoft Community,

Unfortunately we are having some issues with the Hybrid Join setup where we are not able to verify them.

The devices are joined from Active Directory Hybrid into Azure Active Directory and are stored there as such. We have the Education E5 license and therefore all permissions for Intune. Unfortunately, only devices with the Azure AD Joined join type are synced into Intune and for those Intune is entered as MDM, as we would like for all devices. But devices that are Hybrid Azure AD joined, can not be managed in Intune and as MDM is None.The MDM server URL is stored as it is in the documentation.We are currently trying to verify what it could be because we had built a test site and in this everything worked.

We suspect that it could be because Internet Explorer is globally disabled and therefore the URLs for the Intune Sync can not be called.

unfortunately I could not upload any screenshots. Therefore I briefly describe the components:

• Azure Ad Connect is Activ ( no Erros )
  
• Intune Connector is Activ ( no Errors )
  
• MDM default settings in portal.azure ( no Errors )
  
• Deployment Profile is activ ( Hybrid Azure AD joined )
  
• Monitoring logs also just succeed, no mistake. But the AD devices are trying to sync because initially "Pending" is displayed.

Error after enrolling win 10 to MDM intune

Hi,

Getting this error after enrolling Windows 10 1703 to MDM Intune.

MDM ConfigurationManager: Command failure status. Configuration Source ID: (9ED164FE-9F91-41DD-9EAB-25C1E0CEB5AC), Enrollment Name: (MDMDeviceWithAAD), Provider Name: (Policy), Command Type: (Add: from Replace or Add), CSP URI: (./Device/Vendor/MSFT/Policy/ConfigOperations/ADMXInstall/Receiver/Properties),
Result: (Unknown Win32 Error code: 0x86000002).

Need urgent assist on this issue.

Autopilot Error: We couldn't finish MDM enrollment. Error: 0x8018000

We are getting a MDM enrollment error for windows 11 when setting up our devices using Microsoft Intune Autopilot.

We are trying to get Autopilot working for:

4 Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen)

1 Microsoft Surface Book

We know we have followed all the steps correctly since We have successfully got Autopilot working correctly for

Laptop: Microsoft Surface Book

We are having trouble getting Intune Autopilot working for the 4 Surface Pro Devices, All are giving the same Autopilot Error: We couldn't finish MDM enrollment. Error: 0x80180005.

We have a colleague who is working on getting Intune Autopilot working for Surface Pro Devices who is facing same exact issue.

We think the issue is with the Surface Pro Device.
