Windows 10: Windows 11 is all glitchy

Cpu: I7-11700kGPU: GTX 1080Motherboard: Asus b560-plusOs: windows 11Hi I've been having this weird issue that I noticed yesterday where my icons and text gets all scrambled or glitchy I will post a link to a video to better show what's happening and I'm not sure what's happening or how to fix it. I've noticed that task manager isn't affected and the visual glitches do not appear in safe mode so i think it's software related.Things I've tried:checking ports and wireschanging monitorsupdating, roll back, and uninstalling display driversupdating windowschanging refresh ratereseating the GPUwent b

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
