Windows 10: Windows 11 is blocking a game from connecting to a game server or something??????

I just built a 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-12700KF 20 CPUs, ~3.6GHzMemory: 32 gigs RAM AMD Radeon RX 580 8 gig GPU. So, I upgraded windows 10 pro to windows 11 pro. I like to play a game WGT TopGolf on Steam. Since, I have upgraded to Win11 the WGT Golf game will not connect to the server to run the game. I have tried uninstalling it, clearing the registry, reinstalling it, verifying the game files, running as admin, clearing the reshade cache, adding the app to the app files under graphics, adding the app to my norton exception list. Teredo is unable to qualify blocking multiplayer games

In setting under gaming, I can't setup Live multiplayer. I get Teredo is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games. Server connectivity BLOCKED.

I think I have checked all the fixes xbox suggests to be checked.

Game applications failing to connect to auth servers after windows 11 upgrade

So recently my wife and i both upgraded our computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Now we have a problem where our gaming apps, aka, steam, glyph, Epic Games, etc. etc. all of them have errors in regards to "failed to connect to authentication server". Even have problems with purchasing games from said apps. If you open a web browser you can go to the sites and purchase and sign in just fine, only happens when using the clients listed. Also most games when launching almost immediately time out with the "failed to connect to auth server" and you have to hit RETRY several times over for them to connect. This is really frustrating and i cannot find anything online about it. I have set all exe files to run as admin for all the launches and their respective games. ive tried unistalling and reinstalling both games and clients. I have tried disabling antivirus and firewall and cleared out their respective "danger" lists. I have run image scans of windows 11 to make sure it installed correctly. I have flushed my DNS. Nothing is helping, the only thing i have not done is re-install windows 11 but i dont want to go that far yet if i dont have to. Any other ideas??
