Windows 10: windows 11 is misbehaving with the keyboard

whenever i am clicking on the window icon it is opening the new page in edge with search term "how to get help in windows 11" and no popup or dropdown shows. no search icon will show also no hidden icon items will show

Method 1: Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is
with your device. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

Method 2.

Try updating the latest keyboard devices from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the Keyboard drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand the Keyboard driver.

c. Right-click on the HID Keyboard Device and click on Update driver software.

d. Restart the computer and check.



Method 3.

Try updating the latest USB devices from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the USB drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand the USB driver.

c. Right-click on the USB and click on Update driver software.

Asha 501 - keyboard misbehaving

Asha 501 my keyboard started misbehaving from today. If I try to click on just one key, it is automatically entering some random keys..also sometimes...touch on the screen is misbehaving...this is happening for the online keyboard.



where as for the normal sms keyboard it seems to work properly.



I've scanned for virus, spyware..but nothing found.



Is this issue with keyboard or or any other problem. plz help..
