Windows 10: Windows 11 is not properly recognising my Logi wireless keyboard and mouse

I have recently done a completely fresh install of Window 11 because of some legacy glitches I had from many hardware changes. My PC is plugged in to desktop monitors, and also I run an HDMI cable to my living room TV so that I can use my computer on the couch if I want. For this, I bought a Logitech M185/K270 combo with a unifying receiver. It worked fantastic, but when I reinstalled windows, I forgot to unplug the receiver, and now it will not work on my PC. I tried: Replacing batteries Moving the receiver to a different USB Installing Logitech driver/setpoint software deleting all HID devic

Logi mouse not recognized by logi app.

Logi mouse not recognized by logi setpoint app. It only recoggnized by device manager on windows 11.

The app only show tool tab and no mouse tab. The device manager only shows standard HID mouse.

I installed setpoint and firmware option app for my logi m185 2.4g wireless mouse.

There is no .inf file

Please tell me how to fix.

 

Mouse and Keyboard not recognised on boot until i unplug mouse

As the title says after resetting not shutting down PC from start menu my PC wont recognise my mouse or keyboard but when i unplug my mouse it recognises the keyboard and when i plug my mouse back in it recognises it agian... Windows 20H2 latest updates...

On a friends suggestion it seems i was able to fix the problem but cleaning out the CMOS. Dunno how this helped but at least Windows is recognising it fine on bootup again...

 

Suddenly all games recognise mouse & keyboard as controller

All games recognise my keyboard and mouse as a controller and I can't properly set up key binds etc. in any games any more.

• Keyboard: Logitech G512 SE
  
• Mouse: SteelSeries Rival 3 wireless (w tongle)
  

All drivers are up to date. I have changed nothing, only regular driver & Windows updates.



Duplicated display is connected to the monitor & the TV at the same time. Tried different configurations with & without TV-s or second screens etc., same thing.

There have been no controllers connected for a year. Before that I used PS3 controller for some games but even then the keyboard & mouse were recognised too.

Any ideas?
