Windows 10: Windows 11 is not working properly. Even after reinstalling Windows.

Hello Microsoft community,As the title suggests, many things like: taskbar and programs do not respond properly. My taskbar doesn't respond when I click on a program, nor does it highlight the border when I hover the cursor over the program. I can open programs that are pinned to the taskbar using the Windows key + number, but the program doesn't respond either. I restarted Explorer with Taskmanger by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete because I can't click anything which fixed the error. But what I noticed is if I press Ctrl + Alt + Del to open the task manager and don't open the task manager but click

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Reinstall Windows?

You don't need to reinstall windows. Go to the device manager and remove uninstall the processor and motherboard drivers listed. When you start the system back up you should be able to re-install the new ones. I just changed my mobo/processor Friday, everything is fine.

BTW I have seen some reviews that state practically no difference in using more than 2gb of ram.
