Windows 10: Windows 11 is running Slow

I have a laptop Windows 11 but it's very slow. I have uninstalled unwanted programs, removed unwanted files and ran defragmentation, firewall and antiviruses all are up to date but still the same problem. I am not sure what is the problem. Power BI desktop application takes 25 mins to open. Please note I have not linked Onedrive on this laptop as it not required. Hoping that will not cause any issues. Please advise how to approach this problem.

I would suggest you to run System maintenance troubleshooter.

Try the followings steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select "System maintenance"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.

I would suggest you to Run Maintenance task

The Run maintenance task checks issues that might slow down your computer's, such as how many users are currently logged on to the computer and whether multiple programs are running at the same time.

Follow the below steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on Run maintenance task under
  System and Security.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
