Windows 10: Windows 11 is showing the wrong time zone after restart

I just restarted Windows 11, and now the time zone and location are incorrect. It is two time zones off. It was fine on all prior sessions. The default location is set correctly. I've cleared the location. Updates are current. The Windows 10 laptop, currently on the same desk, does have the correct time and location, and it is on the same ethernet and Wi-Fi connections. Turning off the automatic time zone setting allows the setting of the correct time zone, but turning on the automatic setting returns it to the incorrect time zone. There is no Indian time zone in the time zone list of windows 11

So i just updated windows 10 home to windows 11 home and i noticed that the time was wrong so i went adjust date and time and the time zone was set to seoul then i tried changing the time zone to India but there was no India in the list can anyone help me get the Indian time zone.

If you live in a region that does not observe daylight saving time (DST), but the Windows setting for that time zone
does adjust for daylight saving time, we recommend that you do not clear the
Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time check box in the
Time Zone Settings dialog box. Instead, we suggest that you select a time zone that does not observe daylight saving time and that has the same Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) offset as the current time zone.

For example, assume that your current time zone is (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US and Canada). There are two time zones that do not observe daylight saving time and that have the same UTC offset (-06:00):

• (UTC-06:00) Central America
• (UTC-06:00) Saskatchewan

To change your time zone setting, follow these steps:

• In Control Panel, click Clock, Language, and Region.
• Click Change the time zone.
• In the Time Zone area of the Date and Time
  dialog box, click Change time zone.
• In the Time zone list, select a time zone that does not observe daylight saving time and has the same UTC offset as your current time zone.
• Click OK.
• Click Apply, and then click OK.

Try the classic “Date and Time” applet in the classic Control Panel as a workaround.

You can launch it via Control Panel or run timedate.cpl via the Run dialog.
