Windows 10: Windows 11 is Slow running in Duel boot

Hello, as of recent I've decided to re-introduce windows 11 back onto my PC along side Ubuntu 22.10 in a duel boot setup, for clarity my win 11 partition has 110 gb of space 40 of witch is used, and i tampered very little on the hardware side of things. my laptop is very good and well equipped for gaming as before i moved over to Linux i used win 11 to play games with very good results, and even better ones when i switched to linux. now that ive decided to have both systems on my pc for compatibility reasons i find that my win 11 partition is slower then it was before, by a marginable amou

Current Duel Boot system

I am currently running a system with windows 7 and windows 8.1 duel boot. Will I be able to keep windows 7 and only upgrade windows 8.1 to windows 10 when it becomes available? Thus allowing me to continue with my duel boot system but having windows 7
and windows 10 instead of windows 7 and windows 8.1?

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.
