Windows 10: Windows 11 is stuck at scanning and repairing drive C then the BSOD appeared and the stop...

I am using my PC in 26/4/25, my PC is so slow at startup before Scanning and repairing drive C while the BSOD appeared and the stop code says Bad System Config Info repeatedly during the boot, An Automatic Repair came, I tried startup repair, command prompt while it still not work. I started up so many times, When I log on, the BSOD appeared again, and the code says Critical Process Died, I am trying to repair my PC and I am stuck in BSOD and Scanning and repair.

If there's no progress after an overnight, we can perform a Startup/Automatic repair using the Media Creation Tool.

To get started, let's create an installation media for Windows 10 (via USB) through this
link.

Once we have the bootable USB, please follow these steps:

• Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.

Scanning and Repairing Drive C 100% Complete - STUCK

I let it run for over 16 hours and it was still stuck. Are you telling me that I should have let it keep going until it finished? I've read several comments concerning this same issue where people have let it go 2,3,4 days and it didn't finish. There's something stopping it from completing and it's stuck in a loop. When I hit reset the "Scanning and Repairing Drive C 100% Complete" will appear for a couple seconds and then go to my desktop.
