Windows 10: Windows 11 Issue Taskbar refreshes randomly when playing?

Hello. I have upgraded Windows 11 about 2 months ago. To my surprise, it was actually running well until the after mentioned issue hence the title appears. It seems that my taskbar randomly refreshes while playing. Doesn't happen outside of it. This is especially annoying since this causes the game to exit from fullscreen and it just creates the illusion my game has crashed. I've updated my drivers and everything and I'm still getting this issue. This is why I turned into you guys for help.Please give me suggestions to fix the issue. The last resort which I don't want is to downgrade windows

Taskbar Refreshing

I've been having a weird issue. Randomly, my taskbar will refresh. Not the icons on the desktop, just the taskbar. Usually when I'm accessing harddrives. None in particular tho. I've updated the graphics cards, so I've ruled out that idea. The computer is a custom build, so no bloatware installed. From what I gather, this just began about two months ago, and I have done a clean install since then. I've checked the reliability history and don't seen anything that would cause concern as far as explorer crashing. Kinda clueless on this one. Any suggestions?

Taskbar randomly refreshing.

Hi everyone, I'm seeking for help because I have an issue with my Windows 10 (latest update as of 09/08/2018). When I access the file explorer to choose a file to upload, the taskbar refreshes. It happens with casual tasks as uploading a new pic to Twitter
or other similar ones. The refreshing of the taskbar even happens when I'm just web browsing or doing anything else on the computer. This is my little yet a little annoying issue. Hope someone's got the fix for it.
