My 13-inch Dell XPS is supposed to be a fantastic laptop. It is running Windows 11 and has never worked properly. I bought it in the US and had to fly out of the country the next day. I've repeatedly tried to get it fixed and, at best, repairs last until the next automatic update of the operating system, and then we go back to square one.How does someone get help permanently fixing this kind of issue. According to Dell's official Windows 10 Creators Update page, the Dell xps 13 9333 is not listed as tested:

You can try a manual upgraded as suggested in my previous reply using the ISO in addition to the 12 steps before upgrading.

 

Dell XPS 13 (9370) Case Advice!

Hi guys,

I recently purchased a Dell XPS 13 9370, i'm having trouble finding a case/sleeve for it as i'm not sure whether to buy a 13 inch or 12 inch case...

The dimensions for the XPS 9370 are:

Width: 11.9"

Depth: 7.8"

Height: 0.5"

I initially tried fitting my xps into a 13.3 inch case which held my early 2015 Macbook Pro, but it kept moving around... I've looked around the internet but there doesn't seem to be any questions like this.

Please Help!
