Windows 10: Windows 11 keep adding keyboard layouts that I did not select

Another long time problem I've had with Win 11. Ever since I purchased a new notebook with Win 11 I have, as on any of my computers, set up my two languages Australian English and Czech and for each a single keyboard. For a totally unknown reason and randomly, Windows add a UK English keyboard layout to the list which DOES NOT appear in the list of added keyboards in Settings so I can't even remove it. A couple of times, after I install updates from Windows Update it disappeared for a while but eventually always came back. I hope I do not have to explain how annoying switching of keyboard la

Windows keeps automatically adding EN-US keyboard layout

That doesnt work anymore, language isnt in control panel

can i get new instructions?

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.

Custom Keyboard Layouts in Windows 11

A wonderful day everyone,

Previously I have used the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator to create custom keyboard layouts, however not only is Windows 11 not listed as a supported operating system, but I cannot use the installed keyboards as they get shrugged off as "Unavailable input method" and are also unselectable as they break the taskbar language button in strange ways.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how one can create a functioning keyboard layout for Windows 11? It'd be much appreciated.
