    Windows 11 keeps asking me to solve a challenge, even though I didn't get my pin wrong


    Like the title says. I got my pin wrong a few days ago, by accident, and it made me solve the challenge A1B2C3, and I did it right, but now it keeps asking me to solve it again on restart, even though I've logged in many times with the right code..What could be the problem? Any help would be appreciated.https://imgur.com/a/sLzybGtLink to what my computer showsIt's in portuguese but it translates to "You've inserted an incorrect PIN too many times. To try again, type A1B2C3 into the text box below." and in the textbox it says "Challenge Text"

    I had tried unpinning and re-pinning but that didn`t help. However your suggestion about battery saver being the problem was correct. I have followed the steps you suggested and the problem is now solved.

    Do not have a Challenge phrase

    Hi my daughter logs on to her laptop using a pin but her friend input the wrong pin several times and now we need a Challenge phrase. I set her laptop up and never entered a challenge phrase and I didnt have create an administrator logon. I have restarted
    laptop several times but It keeps asking for a challenge phrase. Please help

    Windows 11 keeps asking me to solve a challenge, even though I didn't get my pin wrong

    My Asus laptop didn`t accept the password, Microsoft asked to change it

    Today my Asus laptop didn`t accept the usual password I have been using for years. A note asked me to reset Microsoft password and after that, using this new password, I was able to start my computer.

    Anybody knows why did this happen? Since when Microsoft is controlling my personal computer in such a way that I can`t even open if they don`t want to?
