Windows 10: Windows 11 keeps bluescreen and stuck in restarting loop

Hi,I'm having an issue where my laptop keeps restarting due to bluescreens of two different error codes: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO.I suspect this is due to my tampering with registry files; I used PC HelpSoft's PC Cleaner to automatically remove quite a number of registry files in an attempt to make more disk space, as my C drive only had 4GB of free space left. I realise now it is a bad move, and even worse as I didn't save a backupEven before that, however, there was a singular instance of bluescreen which I didn't note the error code of; it should be harmless?Now I'

Win 11 stuck in restart loop

after a windows update my windows 11 stuck in a restart loop. I did all option in WINRE except the reset because I didn't have it, even I changed the 2 folders name (SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2), and tried the SFC , chdsk fix boot fix mbr ect and entering safemode with and without network entering appwiz.cpl no updates in the list to remove, tried from cmd and powershell get-hotfix and DISM nothing works.

Any clue ?
